Cancellation Policy
Appointment Confirmations
All appointments must but be confirmed! If not confirmed, you can be booked over and loose your appointment. So please make sure to confirm your appointment. It is sent out the week before the appointment.
Cancellation Fees
Clients who do not cancel at least 24 hrs before their appointment will be charged 50% of the service price booked.
Clients who fail to show up for appointment without notice will be charge 100% of the service price booked.
If I have no credit card on file, you must paid your cancellation fee before a new appointment can be booked.
I will then need a credit card on file and you will have a $50 non-refundable deposit fee must be paid for any appointments booked. The $50 deposit will be deducted from appointment total.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but my time is valuable and the cost of supplies are outrageous and having to order some in advance for special color services.
